No! The points you earn throughout the course of the calendar year will contribute toward your tier status. If you’ve accumulated the necessary points to reach a certain tier status within the calendar year, your tier status will be honored even if you choose to spend your points.

In order to redeem a reward (birthday gift, a free product, free shipping or a coupon) or redeem your welcome gift, you must have a minimum of (1) items in your cart.

Points will only expire after 365 days of program inactivity. For example if you have not made a purchase, posted a review, or completed a qualifying reward earning activity for 1 year your points will expire.
